Registration Form!
Registering your family with Kid
Spa Austin begins with completing our online registration form. You may do this at home or fill out the form at the
center. Please read the items below for additional
information and documents that you will need prior to your first
visit to the center. |

Required Records
On or before your first visit to Kid Spa Austin, you will need to submit your child's immunization records,
and a Physician's Health Statement to the center.
If your immunization records are on file at another school,
just tell us. (though we will still need the Health Statement
unless the child is school-aged) Other exceptions can apply so please see our
Parent Handbook
for more details.

Fingerprints, Access Codes and Photos
The last step of the process
is to have your fingerprint and PIN number recorded by our
check-in system and to have photos taken. If you
registered online, we can print the forms for your signature, or
you can bring them in with you. The whole process should only take a
few minutes and ensures a secure and
speedy check-in/out out of the center. |

Registration Fee
Kid Spa Austin charges a
one-time registration fee of $30 per
family. Once you're registered, you never pay this again. For
families with multiple accounts
(such as divorced parents), a separate registration fee applies.
This insures we keep the accounts separate and focuses on
insuring the safety of the children! |
