| Substitute Clothing |

your child's clothes become un-wearable, Kid Spa
Austin will substitute for $5 each. Sorry, we
can't accept these clothes back after they are worn. |

Late Fees |
Though the late
fees appear expensive, we are sure you can understand
that our staff members would like to go home on time
after a long day of caring for your children. Please
do us a favor and make sure we never have to charge
this fee!

Registration Fee - $30
Kid Spa Austin charges a one-time registration fee of $30 per
family. Once you're registered, you never pay this again. For
families with multiple accounts
(such as divorced parents), a separate registration fee applies.
This insures we keep the accounts separate and focuses on
insuring the safety of the children! |

Diaper Fee - $1/change
A charge of $1/change applies if we provide the diapers and
wipes and $0.50/change if you forget the wipes only. There is no charge if you provide your own
supplies. Just make sure your bag is clearly marked with
your child's name.

Late Pick-up Fees - $5+$1/min
Because Kid Spa Austin is a drop-in center, late fees only
apply at closing time and if you are called to pick up your
child for any reason. The charge is $5 plus $1/min for
every minute past closing time. Late fees apply at closing
time and 60 minutes after you are called to pick up your child. |

Returned Check Fee - $25
Kid Spa Austin will charge $25 for any check that is returned to
us plus any collection costs. There
is a $5/attempt fee for rejected Tuition Express credit card
transactions. We will attempt
to collect at least 2 times per week and note that may not
always be able to immediately notify you that there was a
problem. |
